Get organised
To prevent extra hassle, ensure that your things are kept together. For example, books should be placed together in one box; electrical items should be kept together in a separate box and so on. This will also make it less stressful on the move-in day and will enable you to find things easily. You should also label boxes so that you know what each box contains. Don't leave packing until the last minute; you must begin packing well in advance.

For your valuable possessions, keep them close by travelling with them.
